ndrea Le is a rising LPGA Tour superstar, highlighted in her 2022 win at the Portland Classic. Lee has had success all levels, including Standford University earning 9 wins throughout her college career, and having 17 weeks of being the most successful Women's Amateur throughout the World. It was the Mark H. McCormack Trophy was presented to her when she finished the season as the most successful Women's Amateur. In the following years Lee became an professional. Andrea Lee was a Los Angeles born girl on the 15th of August, 1998. James the father of her James, began teaching her how to play golf when she was five years old. She began competing at age 8 in competitions and has won over 50 junior titles over the course of four years. In 2014, the US Women's Open was her first major cut. Her dad accompanied her at the age of 15 as a caddie. Her sponsors invited her to participate in the 2015. ANA Inspiration LPGA Tour. She was however one shot short of the cut. Lee represented the USA in the Junior Ryder Cup Junior Solheim Cup Curtis Cup and Women's World Amateur Team Championship. Being the first female college student to join Stanford University, Lee was one of the best-known Stanford athletes in its history. Over the three years which followed, she was awarded 9 different championships. Lee was forced to leave Stanford University to turn pro in the year 2019. Her amateur playing career spans 17 weeks in the highest in the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Lee was a top amateur and finished her year as the top amateur, was awarded the Mark H. McCormack 2019 Medal. Lee played four rounds in a row and one Albatross while an amateur. The first time she played, she had two top-10 finishings. She finished seventh in the AIG Women's Open 2020, held on Kingsbarns Golf Links. Lee's debut LPGA Tour victory came in 2022 Portland Classic. The winner dedicated it to her grandfather Min who passed away in 2012. He always called me a winner, and believed that I could win. He was a wonderful person and I'm sure that she is watching. She had previously participated in soccer, taekwondo or figure skating. Lee also enjoys watching movies, singing in bowls and ski.
