Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later, when she was the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the year 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her education. In 2015 continued previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance she competed for many years and set more ambitious goals every year. In 2009 she had won four health titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance to finish her college education. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred at the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. In the competition, she finished third. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in her Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more proud of her placing. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she was competing against top of the line athletes. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel loves working out her lower back. It consists of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs with a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as sitting rows. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. She does this by super setting all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. She would do this type of workout twice per week one day being lightweight day, and the other days heavy weight.
